About Course
The Hotel Management program will offer students business skills and acumen to work in a wide range of areas within this multifaceted industry. This Program aims to train students to be knowledgeable and professional in the operation and management of hotels, and in hotel positions. Hotel departments perform many operations which need trained, efficient staff to ensure guest satisfaction, and section leaders to control and guide them. Hotels vary in size, standard and type, and cater for guests with differing demands, which requires managerial understanding and skill. Hotels must be correctly and carefully marketed and promoted, and finances managed to avoid losses; all hotels are businesses with common functions and their prosperity and profitability requires managers with the skill and ability to ensure staff are effective, that guest needs are met, and that a quality service is provided.

The lecturer provides all ingredients when teaching. You only need to provide ingredients for your exam
Yes all learners are expected to dress formally (White Shirt and Black Pants with black apron). Hair must be pulled back and up off the shoulders, restrained by a single bun. Hats or hairnets must sufficiently cover hair. A closed toe and heel slip resistant shoes with ankle-height socks are required as part of the uniform (no skin should be visible).
Yes TSIU has signed MOUs with different organizations in all sectors to help assist learners get hands on experience soon after graduation
